Nini is a portrait of a grandmother who has been the unofficial star of her granddaughter’s life. Using Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend as the main inspiration for the shoot, this work attempts to grasp the nuances and complexities of old age and fragility in relation to girlhood and beauty.
